What We Do
Leadership Development | develop your team
What is leadership development?
Simply put leadership development is any activity that enables and empowers an individual or team of people to become better leaders.
What is a leader?
A leader has the requisite skills, competencies & experience to carry out their own job function as well as needing to inspire, coach and manage others, enabling them to be the best they can be - for the best of the individual, the team and the organisation. As leaders we can always grow, learn new skills and how to approach things from a different perspective.
How we can help:
We collaborate with you to create a development framework for your leaders that:
complements your business objectives
embraces the objectives of each individual or team you are looking to grow and empower further
takes into account the needs of your business operation.
What we offer
Coaching is an objective-driven process than most usually has a defined time period and a defined set objectives. These objectives are usually set by the coachee and their manager. We have the found the simplicity of the GROW technique works well in most scenarios & with most people. In this context coaching may be used for both individual and team development.

The mentoring approach we take is based on your specific needs and is tailored to suit these. As with all mentoring the aim is to develop the potential of the mentee through a process of inquiry, self-reflection and development. This can be as informal or formal as your needs require. It is usually takes place over a longer period of time than a coaching program.
Over the years team building has gained a rather poor reputation. I can remember attending team building days back in the 80s & 90s that to be honest I would rather forget! I can also remember a few from more recent years that I'd love to attend all over again. There is no doubt that a strong, cohesive, collaborative team is a powerful thing. Whether you are a small business with 1 key team, a medium-sized enterprise with teams that flex according to the task at hand or a large multi-national with numerous teams scattered around the globe, is investing in team enhancement something you can afford to ignore?
