The mentoring approach we take is based on your specific needs and is tailored to suit these. As with all mentoring the aim is to develop the potential of the mentee through a process of inquiry, self-reflection and development. This can be as informal or formal as your needs require. It is usually takes place over a longer period of time than a coaching program.

Over the years team building has gained a rather poor reputation. I can remember attending team building days back in the 80s & 90s that to be honest I would rather forget!
